Return Policy

1. Right to Return
Under applicable consumer protection legislation, you have the right to return items of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, not counting the day of purchase. This right applies to all items in the catalog except categories listed in the 'Non-Returnable Items' section. For items of improper quality, extended return periods apply in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty obligations.
2. Return Conditions
Items are accepted for return provided the following conditions are met: the item has not been worn, washed, or used, its original appearance, consumer properties, seals, and factory labels are preserved, the original packaging is intact (if provided upon delivery), and a proof of purchase is available (receipt, electronic receipt, or card statement). Absence of a receipt does not void the right to return — the purchase can be confirmed by other means.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact our support team via the feedback form on the website or by email at returns@ecom.local. Please provide your order number, item name, and reason for return. Within 1 business day you will receive shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for defective items). Once we receive and inspect the item, you will be notified of the inspection result by email.
4. Refund Timeframes
Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the date we receive and verify the returned item. Funds are returned via the original payment method: card payments are refunded to the same card, instant payments to the sender's account, and cash payments by postal transfer or bank transfer to your specified details. In case of a partial order return, shipping costs are recalculated if they depended on the order total.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for items of proper quality are borne by the Buyer. You may send the item via any convenient courier service or postal service to the warehouse address provided in the return instructions. For returns of defective items or in case of order fulfillment errors, all return shipping costs are covered by the Seller — we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of items of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange: underwear and corsetry, hosiery, swimwear and swim trunks, and other sewn and knitted undergarments. This restriction does not apply to items of improper quality — defective items in these categories are subject to return under the standard procedure.
