1. Definitions
The Seller is the legal entity registered under applicable law, operating the online store at ecom.local. The Buyer is a legally capable individual of at least 18 years of age (or a person acting with the consent of a legal representative) placing an order through the website. The Product refers to clothing, footwear, and accessories presented in the online store catalog with a name, description, price, size range, and images.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer goods presented in the online store catalog, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept these goods under the terms of this offer. This agreement constitutes a public offer. Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms herein. The agreement is deemed concluded upon the Buyer's receipt of an electronic order confirmation.
3. Order Placement
Orders are placed through the website by adding items to the cart and completing checkout with contact details and a delivery address. An order is considered accepted after the Buyer receives an electronic confirmation at the specified email address. The Seller reserves the right to decline an order or contact the Buyer for clarification if details are incorrect or the item is out of stock. There is no minimum order amount, though free shipping terms depend on the order total.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in Russian rubles and include all applicable taxes, including VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice for items not yet ordered. The price fixed at the time of order placement is final and cannot be changed. Payment is accepted via bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mir), instant payment systems, and cash on delivery. All payments are processed through a certified payment gateway in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out to the address specified by the Buyer at checkout. Delivery times depend on the chosen method: courier delivery — 1–3 business days within the city, pickup points — 2–5 business days, national postal service — 5–14 business days depending on the region. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery is free for orders over 5,000 RUB. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon transfer of the goods to the courier or at the pickup point.
6. Returns and Exchanges
The Buyer may return items of proper quality within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the item has not been used, retains its original appearance, consumer properties, seals, and factory labels. To initiate a return, contact our support team with the order number and reason. Return shipping for defective items is covered by the Seller. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
7. Guarantees
All products in the catalog comply with quality standards established by the manufacturer and are accompanied by the necessary documentation. Warranty terms are determined by the manufacturer and indicated in the product card or on the enclosed label. If a manufacturing defect is found within the warranty period, the Buyer may request a replacement, defect repair, or a full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
8. Dispute Resolution
All disagreements and disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement are resolved through negotiation between the Parties. A mandatory pre-trial claims procedure applies: the review period is 10 business days from the date of receipt. If no agreement is reached, disputes are referred to the court of general jurisdiction at the Seller's location in accordance with applicable law.
